TerraNoble Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
Consistently one of the best value Cabernet's out of Chile is TerreNoble's Gran Reserva, as we've never seen a reviewer score it below 90 points and its under $20.
Sourced primarily from the winery's vineyard in Chile's Colchagua Valley and blended with a dash of fruit from their high altitude Maipo vineyard. All fruit is hand harvested and after primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, completes malolactic fermentation and ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels. On the nose, red berries, black berries, smoke and toasted aromas come through. Juicy on the palate, with cherry and chocolate notes in combination with toasted oak. This wine is well structured and full-bodied with smooth tannins and a long finish.
