Prime Cuts Red Blend

One of our favorite "everyday" drinkers from anywhere, this is a lot of wine for $10.  A bold and juicy red that is soft and fruity enough to enjoy all alone, but with enough spice and backbone that it is perfect with your favorite cut hot off the grill. This red is made from a blend of Shiraz, Petit Verdot and Cinsault grapes from the Swartland area where the powerful South African sunshine makes sure these reach their utmost ripeness. All grapes are picked by hand, softly crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.  Flavors are just what you would expect from a South African red heavy on Syrah and Petit Verdot - Loads of dark berry fruit, creamy texture with spicy tannins and a hint of smoked meat.
