After a direct press process, fermentation begins with native yeast at an exceptionally low temperature to ensure great intensity and aromatic delicacy. No malolactic fermentation occurs. The eye is caught by the elegant Provence pink color and the nose trapped by intense fresh red strawberry fruits, along with refreshing citrus notes. In the mouth it is a refreshing quaffer with bright acidity, balanced with plenty ripe fruit. It is a very fresh and clean wine, with the softness on the palate of a Rosé that is twice as expensive!
