Molino a Vento Grillo
You may recognize the Grillo grape, but chances are you've had it and didn't know it. Grillo is one of the grapes that goes into Marsala wines, most famously used to create the sauce for the classic Italian dishes Chicken or Veal Marsala. A few years ago, dry versions of 100% Grillo began appearing on wine store shelves, and Grillo has now become one of the most popular white wines from Sicily. Crisp and lemony with hints of tropical fruit and a vibrant finish feature briny minerality.
