Anheuser Blanc de Noir (Germany) – This has been our best selling German wine since we first came across it. Anheuser bleeds off a portion of the fresh juice during the production of his "regular" Pinot Noir in order to concentrate the amount pigments there, but the juice is too good to blend with something else or sell off, so he bottles and sells it as Blanc de Noir, and we're glad he does.
