Yellow straw color. Fresh aromas and flavors of white flowers, cantaloupe, young peach, lime cordial, lime blossom, dried spices, and sea breeze with a round, crisp, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an engaging, medium-long roasted nut scone, coconut quark, olive, and sage finish with soft, fruit tannins and a suggestion of oak. A lovely Spanish white with great structure and delicate flavors.

Tropical mango, melon, citrus and peach-pit aromas are typical for Verdejo. Flavors of citrus peel and stone-fruit pits follow the nose, while this organic-grape offering is mildly green on a light fresh finish.

Winemaker Notes
Characterized by assembling the traditional Verdejo aromas of  fennel and low brush together with tropical and citrus that show the thiolic potential of the varietal. Likewise, a careful ageing sur lies from the fermentation for 3 months gives smoothness which makes this wine a perfect pairing for many dishes.
