Domaine Saint Landor Saumer Blanc

Domaine Saint Landor is located in Trois Moutiers (in Vienne) of France's Loire Valley AOC Saumur.  A small 3rd generation, family owned estate that produces wines exclusively from their organically farmed vineyards.  Chenin Blanc is inherently such a charmer of a grape and vastly underrated, with enough acidity and aromatics to keep all kinds of palates interested. Here in the Loire it takes on a distinct minerality, and layers of complex fruit like quince, green apple, and meyer lemon.
