Kobalt 2015 Sauvignon Blanc
Kobalt 2014 Sauvignon Blanc: Fermented and aged in concrete eggs, aged sur-lie. Big "pop" of fresh pineapple on the nose and in the mouth. This is followed by juicy green apples, peaches and lemon/lime. Richness and bright acidity sing harmony.
Kobalt Cabernet, Sauvignon Blanc and Window Pane Red have been absent from the NC market for a while now, and we're really excited that they are finally back (Sauvignon Blanc and Window Pane at least, Cabernet will follow in the fall).
