The sparkling wine Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is produced with 100% Glera grapes cultivated in the top Prosecco DOCG, Valdobbiadene.  Characteristics of this Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore are a light straw yellow color with fine, very persistent pearlage. The bouquet is quite fruity with ripen golden apple aromas. It has a pleasant floral aromas of acacia flowers. The palate is fresh and seducing, dry, with a sapid hint that enriches the palate before a finish that is fruity and harmonic.
