Bernard Gaucher Brut Reserve Champagne 375ml
Quite elegant with richness and structure on the palate. Fresh and baked apples, poached pears, baked bread, a touch of lemon curd and very fine bubbles. Very versatile with seafood, caviar, fried chicken or on its own.
The vineyards of Bernard Gaucher are located in Aube near the town Aronville, in the hilly heart of the Cote des Bar in the southern part of the Champagne wine region. Vineyards are close to the city of Epernay. Both Pinor Noir and Chardonnay grapes are grown on the estate. After disgorgement, the wine rests a further 6 months before release. Dosage is 10 grams per liter.
