Ancient Peaks Virtual Tasting with Founding Winemaker Mike Sinor on February 11, 2021 at 6:30pm Eastern Time

The picturesque Santa Rita Ranch Vineyards in Paso Robles are home to the Ancient Peaks Winery. Steeped in Mission-era history and Wild West mythology, Santa Margarita Ranch is today owned by three longtime local wine growing and ranching families who are committed to advancing the land's legacy of "early California rancho hospitality".  This Estate Vineyard stands alone and apart as the southernmost vineyard in the Paso Robles region, and as the only vineyard in the Santa Margarita Ranch AVA.  The Santa Margarita Ranch AVA is distinguished by one of the coolest, longest growing seasons in the Paso Robles region. It also features a rare diversity of soil types—a testament to the tectonic friction that created the surrounding Santa Lucia mountain peaks.

Please join us on February 11th and meet Mike Sinor, the founding winemaker!  He will teach us all about Paso Robles winemaking while guiding us through a tasting of his award-winning wines.

Purchase one of the 4 Bottle Tasting Packs, and we will send you a link to join the Zoom meeting.  Bring your questions! Taste these amazing wines in the comfort of your own home, while learning from the best.

4 Bottle Tasting Pack ($75.00 net) includes:
1 bottle 2019 Ancient Peaks Sauvignon Blanc
1 bottle 2017 Ancient Peaks Renegade Red
1 bottle 2018 Ancient Peaks Zinfandel
1 bottle 2018 Ancient Peaks Cabernet Sauvignon

Mike Sinor, Founding Winemaker

Mike Sinor is recognized as one of the Central Coast’s highest-rated winemakers. His winemaking career on the Central Coast spans more than 20 years. At Ancient Peaks Winery, Mike directs the quality and style of the wines, and he also oversees viticultural practices at the winery’s estate Margarita Vineyard. His first complete vintage with Ancient Peaks was 2006. “The opportunity to work with Margarita Vineyard is what really drew me to Ancient Peaks,” Mike says. “The growing conditions here are remarkable—and that’s something I’m driven to reflect in the wines of Ancient Peaks.”
