Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY:

We highly recommend overnight shipping and if you select ground we cannot be responsible for damaged wine from heat. We can hold wine purchases until cooler weather for safe shipping if requested. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Please note that we cannot ship wine to all states due to individual state regulations. If we are unable to ship wine to your state, you will be notified during the checkout process when entering your shipping destination.
As a Wine Retailer, we cannot ship wine to these States: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Hawaii.


All orders are shipped via FedEx. The shipping options available to you are determined by the contents of your order and your shipping address.

Shipping charges include insurance and an insulated shipper to protect your products from damage. 

We do not ship on weekends or on holidays. Rates and delivery options are automatically calculated through FedEx based on their rates and transit times. 

The Checkout page will only display the shipping methods available for your order. If you change your address or the contents of your shopping cart so that your order no longer qualifies for your shipping choice, the site will ask you to edit your order before you proceed to Checkout. Shipping costs are indicated on the order confirmation screen before you complete your order.

All items that contain alcohol will require an adult signature and orders must be placed and received by someone over the age of 21. 


ORDER PROCESSING DEADLINES:

If all items in your order are in stock, orders placed before 12 PM Noon Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday, except holidays) will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff times will begin to process the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the contents, shipping method or delivery address of your order.

For overnight shipping, orders received after 12PM EST will be shipped out the next business day.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS:

Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your orders.

We do not ship on weekends or on postal holidays. Therefore, if you place an order after our order processing deadline, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. The timeframe for the shipment method you selected will begin the following normal business day once your order is processed.

SHIPPING CARRIER:

All orders are shipped via FedEx. We cannot request or guarantee delivery on a specific day or on weekends. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly

SHIPPING RATES:

Please note that our shipping rates are subject to change at any time.  We do our best to calculate shipping costs and keep costs low. If shipping calculations are off, we will refund the difference back to the card your order was paid upon and notify you via email for any refund upon shipment. Handling is already included in the shipping rates.

Shipping is non-refundable. If a package is refused or returned to us from the carrier, we can refund the contents of the order but not the shipping costs. If age cannot be verified upon delivery, and the package is returned to us from the carrier, shipping will not be refunded.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING RATES & TRANSIT TIMES:

The shipping options available to you are determined by the contents and weight of your order as well as your shipping address. Your available options will appear on the checkout page.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery usually is delivered within 2-6 business days, once your order is processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been fulfilled and ready to be shipped. We don't guarantee delivery by a specific time of day.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED:

Legally, wine can only be delivered when someone 21 or older is present to sign for the delivery. Our carriers are licensed to ship wine and must comply by obtaining a signature for the completed delivery.

Signees do not need to be the person whose name is on the package, but they may have to show proof of age. Customers often prefer to send packages containing wine to a business address where an adult, 21 years or older, will be available to sign for the package.
