Creador Brut Cava
By definition, Cava from Spain has to be made in the labor intensive, expensive methods used to produced Champagne (bottle fermented). How these guy are able to make such a great wine in this method and charge so little for it is beyond us, but we're glad they do. A blend of classic Spanish sparkler varietals, 50% Macabeo 30% Xarello and 20% Parellada, it spends 9-12 months ageing sur lis to add wonderful and surprising richness for such an affordable wine.
